Our Good Coffee Project

Since 1998, we have been traveling in search of the best coffee in South America, and it was during one of our trips that we discovered Coopfam, a wonderful company in Minas Gerais.
Coopfam is a certified fair trade coffee cooperative, born from the idea that working better in a better environment could be achieved through projects aimed at improving the entire coffee production chain and the families that are part of it.
Since 2008 we have donated a sales bonus to the Poço Fundo cooperative, as a small further commitment to promoting the spread of fair trade.
The quality of our raw materials has always been a priority for us. For this reason, our blend is made mostly from Fair Trade coffee, FLO-certified, the international certification mark for fair and ethical trade.
Since 1938
Sant' Eustachio
Il Caffè
Sant’ Eustachio Il Caffè is an old wood-fired coffee roastery established in 1938, from an establishment that existed as early as 1800 under the name “Caffè e Latte” in St. Eustace Square, a stone’s throw from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon.
Since 1999 the place has been owned by the Ricci brothers, who, now as then, offer organic and fair trade coffee from slow food presidia. A 100% Arabica blend imported directly from South America.
