How to make a good moka:
- Choosing a good coffee: if you’re on this site, you’re on the right track!
- Fill the boiler up to the safety valve (do not exceed the valve!)
- Fill the filter with ground coffee for moka pot and do not press the coffee powder!
- Tightly screw the top of the moka onto the boiler and turn on the stove!
- The flame must be low to prevent the coffee from being extracted too quickly, especially expelling the bitter components!
- Enjoy coffee with or without sugar as you like, with friends or alone, with or without milk!
