The coffee used in today’s blend is 100% Arabica only, imported directly from cooperatives in South America
Once in Italy, the coffee is wood roasted with a gentle and delicate method in order to protect the sweetness.
Our caffeine levels are just 1,18% , so low, meaning that you can enjoy anytime!

Deliveries, even within Italy, can take up to 7 working days due to courier delays or logistical disruptions. Price supplements may be required for fast premium service deliveries due to the different actual cost of delivery.
HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
The order will be considered confirmed upon receipt of payment via E-Payments Saferpay or bank transfer.
If, on the other hand, you have chosen payment on delivery (available only for shipments within Italy), the order is considered immediately confirmed.
what happens if a product is no longer available?
In case one or more products are not available it will be our care to notify you as soon as possible. Refunds for related products can be made via Payments Saferpay or bank transfer.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Of course! You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of shipment, and with that code you can track your package directly on the courier's website
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER SUBMITTING IT?
Orders are processed very quickly so if the order has already been shipped unfortunately it is not possible to change it.
