what happens if a product is no longer available?
In case one or more products are not available it will be our care to notify you as soon as possible. Refunds for related products can be made via Payments Saferpay or bank transfer.

In Italy we ship with mailboxes, tnt and gls
Abroad we ship with dhl and fedex
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Of course! You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of shipment, and with that code you can track your package directly on the courier's website
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER SUBMITTING IT?
Orders are processed very quickly so if the order has already been shipped unfortunately it is not possible to change it.
You can still try emailing your requests to info@santeustachioilcaffe.it specifying the order number and any change you would like to make.
